Acer Philippines has released their own Windows Mobile phone in the Philippines. The Acer DX650 phone has a suggested retail price of Php24,990 which is a little expensive compared to other phones in its price range considering that it is just a branded GloFish mobile phone.

The price may go down in the succeeding months once Acer realizes their put a premium price on their phones. We will see how much they go down by end of the year.

Nokia today announced their rugged phone thus far. The Nokia 3720 is a basic phone that passes the IP-54 certification.

Globe Telecom will officially release the Apple iPhone 3GS on July 31 and will start taking in order on the 15th. The iPhone 3GS is Apple’s 3rd generation smartphone.
